1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using "The Cloud Security Architect's Handbook" (the "Book") and associated resources from cloud-security-handbook.afaan.dev (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Book.

2. License and Intellectual Property

2.1 Personal License: specialized content, diagrams, and text contained in the Book are the intellectual property of Afaan Bilal (the "Author"). Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Book for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

2.2 Restrictions: You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, rent, sub-license, or lease the Book or any part of it.
• Upload the Book to any public website, file-sharing service, or internal company network accessible by non-purchasers.
• Share your copy with other individuals. Each copy is for a single user only.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Book.

3. Purchasing and Delivery

3.1 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Gumroad, Inc. ("Gumroad"). By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3.2 Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure you can receive emails from Gumroad.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Book, which can be downloaded instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Author in cases of duplicate purchases or technical errors that prevent access to the file.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Book is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Author makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Book, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

The Author reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We may also update the content of the Book. Purchasers may be entitled to free updates for a specific version or edition of the Book as specified at the time of purchase, but this is not guaranteed for future editions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
